PRO RETINA stands as the largest and most established non-profit patient organization in Germany dedicated to individuals grappling with retinal diseases, boasting a membership of approximately 7,000 individuals across roughly 60 regional groups nationwide.

The Foundation is committed to its paramount objective of aiding individuals with retinal diseases in navigating their conditions and fostering independent living. To this end, the organization actively supports research endeavors aimed at advancing therapeutic solutions and unveiling new life perspectives. Through these efforts, PRO RETINA effectively constructs a bridge between the realms of medicine, research, and the individuals directly impacted by retinal diseases.
